All online orders are final. Returns on merchandise are not available. Exchanges can be made in-store or online within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned merchandise must be new, unused and in its original condition.  Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item).

If an item is missing, damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us by phone or email within 10 days upon receipt of the package for us to process a replacement.
