Caramel Coconut Delite is a collab with our friends at Wall to Wall Wine & Spirits in West Des Moines. We used a little bit of banana as the backbone of this Dessert Sour that was conditioned on coconut and cacao nibs. Then we added just enough caramel and chocolate to make it taste like those little cookies you can only find once a year! Made with 100% Gluten Free Ingredients.
